All OPHMED ophthalmic surgical instruments are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and craftsmanship when used for the intended surgical procedures and maintained as per the recommended methods.
In the case any OPHMED instrument should fail because of a manufacturing defect in material or craftsmanship, it will be replaced free of charge.
If, for any reason, an OPHMED instrument does not meet your requirements or expectations, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. (Please contact customer service for Return Authorization Number)
